Our experience using the Tribute to George Strait Show with Derek Spence and Southern County Line was a great one! AMOCO Federal Credit Union hosted their 1st annual VIP Sneak Peek night celebrating the 80th year anniversary of the Galveston Fair and Rodeo and chose this artist and band for our entertainment. They attracted a huge crowd and Derek made himself available to take pictures with our employees, which was a bonus. We recommend them to anyone who enjoys listening to lyrics by the King of Country Music. The Tribute to George Strait Show featuring Derek Spence and Southern County Line was a huge hit among our members! They loved the event and keep asking when we’re going to do another event like it. They sang along and danced the whole night. The band was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and I would recommend them for any corporate or private function. It is incredible how much Derek Spence resembles George Strait and he, along with the band, does a great job covering the greatest country music songs! We loved having Southern County Line play at our wedding. While planing the wedding, we considered minding the budget and going with a DJ, but after I took my lovely bride out to Mo's Place in Katy to check out Southern County Line, we knew they would be worth it, and they were! They really went out of their way to make our evening special, and they sounded amazing! They have a wide variety of songs, and they know how to keep the crowd engaged. 3 compliments I received were that my bride was beautiful (She was), the pastor really shared how the gospel should be lived out in marriage (He did) and that the band was amazing (They were)! Thanks Guys!

Southern County Line was honestly one of the best bands I’ve heard at an event in a long time. Absolutely everyone commented on how great they sounded. And people were dancing almost all night long, which was exactly what we wanted. We definitely will have them back for another rodeo event or fundraiser.

I speak for the entire HLSR Youth Horse Fundraiser Committee in thanking Derek and Southern Couny Line for providing the entertainment for our fundraiser. The Youth Horse fundraiser is the second project I have had the pleasure of working with Derek and the band on and will recommend them for entertainment in all facets of the entertainment world. Derek is an top tier entertainer and while he looks, sings and acts like King George, Derek without question stands on his own ability to perform. Southern County Line was the icing on the cake for a wonderful night of fun and dancing. We had Southern County Line at our annual Food, Brew, & Wine Fest earlier this month. From start to finish they could have not been more professional. Management was always quick to answer questions and was very accommodating with everything. The band was a huge hit. We have worked with a number of bands over the last 9 years and I can easily say this was one of the easiest, most professional and talented one that we have contracted.

The Wild Stallion absolutely “loved” Southern County Line. Everyone was so nice and professional. Due to rain in the area, they were so great about holding off as long as they could to make the call and we wound up having the concert outside as planned. Everyone from the band guys, management, and sound guys were first class.
